The time has come again my friends!
The Chopra Center has started an all-new group of meditations for their 21-Day Meditation Challenge. We always partake in this program, as it is a great way to unwind for sleep (I usually do 20-30 minutes of unguided mediation in the morning so the Chopra guided meditations are quite a treat!)
Each day, a new meditation will be emailed to you. There is a large variety of modalities, from visualizations to body scans to chakra alignments. Best of all, it is free!

the incredible chopra center is beginning another meditation challenge for the upcoming season!
i am so excited. it is a wonderful time to explore the world of meditation (if you are a newbie) and extend your practice if you are a seasoned meditative mind. my husband and i took part in the winter meditation challenge. we are each at very different levels in meditation experience and we both learned and grew a lot from the practice.
each day, the center sends you a meditation audio/video to help calm your mind and focus your energy. a wide variety of practitioners lead the meditations, from mind-body therapists to primordial sound meditators to chakra specialists. they are all from 15-30 minutes so they are easy to fit into your day and will make you feel great!
