The time has come again my friends!
The Chopra Center has started an all-new group of meditations for their 21-Day Meditation Challenge. We always partake in this program, as it is a great way to unwind for sleep (I usually do 20-30 minutes of unguided mediation in the morning so the Chopra guided meditations are quite a treat!)
Each day, a new meditation will be emailed to you. There is a large variety of modalities, from visualizations to body scans to chakra alignments. Best of all, it is free!
