Eep! I literally JUST used the neti pot thinking it would help with the awful cold I have now. Gah! Should have watched this when you posted it, the universe wanted to tell me something! Sigh. Now I know! But this was a great video, thanks for all the tips. You’ve motivated me to finally get that tongue scraper!
Ahhh! yeah, it seems like using neti with a cold would be the logical thing to do. sadly, it just makes things backed up A steam with eucalyptus or peppermint essential oil would be great for helping with your congestion: 10-15 minutes under a hot bowl with a towel over your head while listening to the new Beach House album
And yay to the tongue scraper! As long as you don’t get a plastic one they are all wonderful!
